Each of the forms below has a specific purpose.

  • Please use the Setup Form if you are paying the initial fee for the creation of your individual Harvest Companion Tool.

  • Please use the Monthly Fee Form if you are setting up the recurring $30/month fee for the maintenance of the Harvest Companion.

  • Please use the General Donation form if you intend to give a one-time donation or recurring donation to help us fill a specific need – or to help us shoulder the costs of new course creation. Your donation is greatly appreciated!
